All other vendors can be reached here: UBL: https://books2read.com/u/3RBn0L This week's recipe: Carrot Cake 2 cups sifted flour 4 eggs 2 tsp baking powder 2 cups grated carrots 1 ½ tsp soda 1- 8 ½ oz crushed pineapple 2 tsp cinnamon ½ cup chopped nuts (opt.) 2 cups sugar 1 cup coconut 1 ½ cup oil Drain pineapple. Grate raw carrots. Combine flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and sugar. Add oil and eggs, mix well. Stir in carrots, pineapple, nuts and coconut. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 in. cake pan. Bake at 350* for 40 minutes. Frost with cream cheese or butter cream frosting. Variation: bake in 2 8x8 inch pans. Freezes well. Have you tried Book Raid yet? I value your privacy.
